Winners will be notified by us via email from support@spypoint.info on 01/08. Please check your inbox and spam folder. We will then ask for your name and address in order to send you the prize. This information will NOT be stored by us and will only be sent to the shipping company that sends the prize.

Your reply must be received by 03.08.2023, 23:59 (CEST).

Otherwise we can no longer consider you and a new draw will take place. As soon as the camera is available, we will notify you and send the package to the address provided. If you make a change of address, please let us know in response to our email.

Each participant may only enter once. Multiple entries will result in exclusion from the prize draw. In order to participate in the competition, the participant must also be a consumer as defined by § 13 BGB (German Civil Code) and must be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to exclude a participant from the competition, in particular if the participant provides false information, manipulates the information in any other way or uses unauthorised aids.

The winner will be determined by the following procedure:

The winners will be determined by random draw from all valid entries. Only entries submitted within the entry period will be taken into account for the purposes of determining the winner.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel or prematurely terminate the competition at any time without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, without the participant incurring any claims against the organiser.

The transmission of the prize will take place as follows:

The prize will be sent to the winners by post after prior notification of the address. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided. In the event that the prize cannot be delivered, no further enquiries will be made about the participant. If the winner does not respond by 03.08.2023, 23:59 (CEST), after sending the prize notification, the claim to the prize will lapse.

Upon dispatch of the prize, the risk of deterioration and accidental loss shall pass to the winner. Payment of the monetary value of the prize or exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is not transferable. The legal process is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany are exclusively applicable. The invalidity of individual provisions of the conditions of participation shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.

By participating in our competition, we collect your personal data (first name, surname, e-mail address) only to the extent that you have provided. The data processing serves the purpose of the proper implementation of the competition and to notify you in the event of a win. This data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending us a message without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. Your data will then be deleted. In the event of a win, your data will be passed on to a shipping company selected by us. Data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this.

Storage period:

We store your personal data for as long as is necessary to make a decision about the competition. Your data will then be deleted after three months at the latest, unless you have consented to further processing and use and/or there is no continued legitimate interest on our part in storing the data.

You are entitled to the following rights in accordance with Art. 15 to 20 DSGVO if the legal requirements are met: the right to information, to correction, to deletion, to restriction of processing, to data portability.
